Shipping Policy

Creative Furniture & Distribution LTD offers free shipping within the United Kingdom. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and provide efficient delivery for our customers.

2.1 Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are dispatched on the next business day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.

3.1 We offer next-day delivery on all items under 200 cm in length through DHL or Parcelforce, with an expected delivery time of 24-48 hours.

Returns & Refund Policy

1.1 These terms and conditions govern the sale and purchase of products through our website.

6.4 If you make an unjustified credit card, debit card, or other charge-back, you will be liable to pay us, within 7 days following the date of our written request:
(a) an amount equal to the amount of the charge-back;
(b) all third-party expenses incurred by us in relation to the charge-back (including charges made by our or your bank, payment processor, or card issuer);
(c) an administration fee of GBP 25.00 including VAT; and
(d) all our reasonable costs, losses, and expenses incurred in recovering the amounts referred to in this Section 6.4 (including without limitation legal fees and debt collection fees).
For the avoidance of doubt, if you fail to recognize or remember the source of an entry on your card statement or other financial statement and initiate a charge-back as a result, this will constitute an unjustified charge-back for the purposes of this Section 6.4.
7. Deliveries
7.1 Our policies and procedures regarding product delivery are set out in this Section 7 and in our delivery policy document.
7.2 We will arrange for the products you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process.
7.3 We dispatch all orders on the next business day after the order is placed, with an expected delivery time of 24 to 48 hours. Please note that delivery may be delayed if the customer is not present at the delivery address or if there are delays on the part of the courier, over which we have no control.
7.4 Products are not shipped on public holidays. In such cases, orders will be dispatched on the next business day after the holiday.
7.5 We deliver products only to addresses within the United Kingdom.
8. Right of Cancellation and Returns
8.1 This Section 8 applies if and only if you contract with us as a consumer, as defined in the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8.6 If you fail to return the product, we may recover the product and charge you the direct costs of doing so.
